Card index of outdoor games in the preparatory group: compiling it correctly!

Home and family February 4, 2014

Pupils of the preparatory group are future first-graders. It is important for them to strengthen their physical skills, practice responding on command, and practice agility.

That is why the card file of outdoor games in the preparatory group contains exercises that promote the comprehensive development and strengthening of the child’s strength and dexterity. In addition, we must not forget about the exciting side of games: story-based fun remains on par with non-plot fun.

From this article you will learn what outdoor games can be used in the preparatory group.

"Owl"

The card index of outdoor games in the preparatory group must contain this game. It is aimed at developing endurance and agility. The teacher chooses a driver, who becomes the Owl. In one of the corners of the site there will be an Owl's Nest.

The rest of the children run and frolic on the playground, pretending to be butterflies, beetles and other insects. After a certain period of time, the teacher without warning says: “Night!” Everyone should freeze in place in a motionless position. And the driver, Owl, flies out to hunt.

She flies slowly, watching to see if anyone is moving. If the Owl sees that someone has moved, she takes him to her nest. The teacher then says: “Day!” The players begin to spin, fly and buzz again.

The game can be repeated 2-3 times, then another driver is selected.

"Day and night"

The card file of outdoor games in the preparatory group should include this game, because It is aimed at developing the dexterity and physical health of children. The teacher divides the game participants into two teams - “Night” and “Day”. They live opposite each other.

A line is drawn in front of their houses, and another line is drawn in the middle. Teams line up one step before the line on both sides with their backs to each other. The teacher says: “Get ready!”, then gives a sign to the team that will catch.

For example, if the teacher said “Night”, the children from the second team run home, and the “Night” team catches up with them. You can only fish up to the line in front of the opposing team's house.

We repeat the game 5-6 times, you can call the same team twice in a row (to confuse the children), but in total both teams must catch the same number of times. The team that catches the most children wins.

1. Low start technique training (presentation)7 minutes
Improving agility, coordination, speed."Silver Belt" Relay Race. The kids' task is to run to the wall from a low start, touch it with their hand, run back, and pass the baton to the next one. The team that runs to the finish line faster wins. 2 minutes
Improving reaction speed, endurance, accuracy.“Pass the ball to the next one.” A gymnastic bench is placed in front of each team at a distance of 10 meters. The player with the ball in his hands must run around the bench, make a circle, sit on it facing the team and throw the ball to the next player. The team that gets to the bench the fastest wins. 3 minutes
Improving agility, coordination, speed.“Who is faster?” Two cubes lie 10-15 meters from the teams; each participant must in his own way (in single file, on one leg, backwards) reach the hat and bring it to the team. The team that finishes faster wins. 3 minutes
Improving agility, coordination, speed, ingenuity.“Snipers” The players are divided into two teams (by counting or by agreement). Each team selects a “sniper”, the rest become ordinary players. Everything is placed like this:

The “sniper” of the first team throws the ball to his team (his players), while trying to hit any player of the second team. Any player of the first team catches the ball, throws it to his “sniper”, again while trying to knock out a player of the second team. If a player is knocked out, he is not eliminated from the game, but goes beyond the field line and begins to further help his “sniper”. If a team player catches the ball on the fly, the ball goes to that team and they begin to throw with their “sniper”. A ball caught off the ground is not considered - the player is eliminated from the playing field. As a result, by the end of the game, most of the players find themselves next to their “sniper” behind the field line, and the remaining few players are literally “under firing squad.”

8 minutes
Improving agility, coordination, speed.“Gather the harvest” (from a low start) All children are divided into 2 teams and line up in 2 columns. Opposite the teams, at a distance of 10-15 meters, there are hoops containing vegetables and fruits. Near each team there is a basket where they need to collect the “harvest”. On command, the first participants run into the hoop, take an object, run around the hoop and return back. As soon as the previous player puts an item in the basket and touches the shoulder of the next player, that player runs to the hoop, etc., the team that “harvests the harvest” the fastest wins. 2 minutes
3. Final part.Restore the body after physical activity.1. Relaxation. 2. Construction. Summing up the lessons. 3. Homework. 3 minutes
