Does the law require educators to publish?
According to paragraph 2 of the Order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Russia dated April 7, 2014 No. 276, teaching staff must undergo mandatory certification. This is how they confirm their suitability for the positions they hold. You can test yourself voluntarily if you intend to upgrade your category. This is not only a matter of prestige, but also an increase in salary.
But does this apply to educators? In paragraph 1 of this order we see that its effect extends to teaching positions from subsection 2 of section 1 of the nomenclature. It was approved by Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated 08.08.2013 No. 678. In the subsection of interest, the teacher is listed first. This means that working at a preschool educational institution also requires certification.
