My kindergarten

Goal: To develop in children an emotionally positive attitude and interest in movements.

Objectives: 1. To accustom children to coordinated actions through pronunciation. 2. Develop the ability to imitate the movements of the proposed characters from the imagination. 3. Encourage children to take active action, using non-traditional forms of work. 4. Enrich children's life experiences.

N1 Complex “ with cubes” Walking and running in a column, one at a time, behind the teacher - he is a train. 1. I. p. - legs at the width of the foot, cubes in both hands below. Bring the cubes forward, hit them against each other, lower them down, return to the starting position (5 times). 2. I. p. - legs at the width of the foot, cubes behind the back. Sit down, put the cubes on the floor, stand up, put your hands behind your back. Sit down, take the cubes, straighten up, return to the starting position (4 times). 3. I. p. - sitting legs crossed, cubes in hands on knees. Turn to the right, place the cube on the floor behind your back, and straighten up. The same in the other direction. Turn right, take the cube (Fig. 1). The same, in the other direction (3 times in each direction). 4. I. p. - legs slightly apart, cubes on the floor. Jumping on two legs around the blocks, with a short pause between jumps. 5. Game task “Quickly to the house!” The children are behind the line - this is a house. The teacher invites the children to go for a walk - randomly walking around the entire playground. To the words “Quickly to the house!” children together with the teacher run over the line (2 times). Walking in a flock (crowd) behind the teacher to the other side of the site.

N2 Complex “Machine”

Normal walking, walking with tasks for the arms, normal running, running over obstacles. General developmental exercises with a ring. "The car is leaving." IP: legs slightly apart, hands down. Hands forward, fists clenched. Circular rotations left and right. “Let’s turn up the speed.” IP: sitting on the floor, hands with a ring on your hips, legs together. Bend forward, touch your toes. Return to I.P. " We are checking the wheels." IP: legs slightly apart, hands with a ring above the head. Sit down, touch the ring to your knees. Stand up, raise your hands. “We’ll pump up the tires.” IP: feet shoulder-width apart, hands with a ring in front of the chest. Lean forward and say the sound “sh-sh-sh”. Straighten up. “We’ll rush along the road.” Running alternating with walking. Normal walking with hand tasks.

N3 Complex “Kittens”

Walking. Walking on toes. Running is normal. Running at a slower pace. General developmental exercises with a ball. "Ball in paws." IP: legs slightly apart, arms to the sides, ball in the left hand. Hands forward, transfer the ball from one hand to the other. "The kitten is reaching out." IP: sitting on the floor, hands with the ball at the top. Lean forward and touch the ball to your toes. Return to I.P. "The ball won't roll away." IP: legs slightly apart, arms with the ball extended forward. Sit down and put the ball on the floor. Straighten up. Sit down, take the ball. Straighten up. "The kitten is playing with a ball." IP: legs slightly apart, hands on the belt, ball on the floor. Jumping from side to side. "The kitten sniffs the air." I.P.: free stand. Inhale. Exhalation. Walking alternating with running.

N 4 Complex “Watch” “Watch” 1. Introductory part: Walking one after another, walking on toes. Short run 8-10 seconds.

2. Main part: “The pendulum swings” Starting position: feet width apart, hands below. “Tick” swing your arms forward. “So” wave your arms back. 3-4 times.

N 6 Complex “Birds” Walking in a flock behind the teacher. “Birds are flying” - easy running in all directions. Forming in a circle with the help of a teacher (without music). I.P.: stand straight, legs apart, arms along the body. “Birds flap their wings” - raise your arms to the sides to shoulder level, lower them, say: “Tweet - chirp.” Repeat 4-6 times. IP: sit on the floor, cross your legs, hands on your belt. Turn to the right (left), return to the starting position. I.P.: stand straight, legs apart, hands behind your back. “Birds are pecking” - lean forward - down and tap your fingers on your knees, say “Klk ~ peck”, return to the starting position. Repeat 4-6 times. I.P.: stand straight, legs together, arms down. “Birds are jumping” - jump easily on two legs; “Birds are flying” - run in a free direction. Walking in a flock behind the teacher.

N 7 Complex (without objects) Game “ Come to me” - walking in a group in one direction. Light running in all directions - they flew like sparrows (without music). Forming in a circle with the help of a teacher (without music). IP: stand straight, legs slightly apart, hands behind your back. After the teacher says: “Where are your hands,” the children stretch their arms forward and say: “Here are our hands.” Repeat 5-6 times. I.P: stand straight, legs apart, hands behind your back. When the teacher says, “Hide your legs,” the children squat and clasp their legs with their hands. After the words: “Where are your feet,” the children straighten up, stomp their feet in place, and say: “Here are our feet.” Repeat 2-3 times. IP: stand straight, legs apart, hands on your belt. Continuous half-squats with slightly bent legs. Repeat 6-8 times. Easy running on your toes. Walking in a flock behind the teacher around the room.

N 8 Complex “With a rattle” Walking as a group in one direction, stopping at the “Stop” signal. Repeat 2 – 3 times. Give each child two rattles. Running with rattles and stomping in place alternately with the right and left foot. Free formation. I.P..: stand straight, legs slightly apart, arms along the body, rattles in hands. When the teacher says , “Show me the rattles,” the children stretch their arms forward to the sides and say, “Here!” When the teacher says, “Let’s hide the rattles,” the children hide the rattles behind their backs. Bend over, sit down, say: “Sit down,” return to the starting position. Repeat 4-6 times. I.P.: Lie on your back, legs together, arms down. Pull your legs bent at the knees towards your chest and return to the starting position (without music). N 10 Complex “Tree” “Walking” - walking in pairs. At the signal “Run” – run. Repeat 2-3 times. Walking, free formation (no music). I.P.: stand straight, legs slightly apart, arms lowered. “Show how tall the tree is” - raise your arms up through your sides, return to the starting position. Repeat 4-6 times. IP: stand straight, legs slightly apart, hands on your belt. “Who's behind the tree” - turn right (left), return to the starting position.
