To help mom: 3 lullabies for bedtime
Sometimes it happens that even after a full evening ritual, children cannot fall asleep. They toss and turn in the crib, asking for something to drink, or just to sit next to. They are troubled by unclear feelings and fears that they cannot express. It is for such evenings that bedtime lullabies are intended.
Such tales are told when all the lullabies have already been sung, all the books have been read, but sleep still does not occur. They help create the right mood, activate imagination, and take you into a fairy-tale world. Listening to such lullabies, the child himself will not even notice how he falls asleep.
The “Lullabies for the Whole Family” project has prepared a special selection for you. These are three lullaby bedtime stories that you can read directly on our website. All these fairy tales have a common theme - they talk about bunnies .
1. Dmitry Ogma “The Tale of the Bunny”
Once upon a time there lived a dense, dense forest. And in the forest there lived a gray fluffy bunny. The bunny really enjoyed playing, frolicking, and jumping through the sunny, joyful meadows. But the forest in which the hare lived was very dense and there were few bright clearings in it. And one day the bunny asked:
-Forest, why are you so dense?
The forest sighed heavily, rustled its leaves, creaked its branches and answered:
- Because I'm old!
Then the bunny asked:
- Forest, when you were young, did you have more bright, sunny meadows that were so good to jump on?
The forest did not answer, it began to scrape its old bark, and began to groan like sleepy owls.
Then the bunny ran into the dark thicket of the forest to the largest tree on which the ancient, wise owl lived.
“Hello owl,” said the bunny. - You are very ancient and you know everything! Tell me, why is the forest so dense?
“Wow, wow,” answered the owl.
- And when the forest was young, did it have more clearings that were so good to jump in?
“Uh-uh,” answered the owl.
- Tell me, is there a young forest somewhere?
“Uh-uh,” the eagle owl answered, stomped on the branch and turned to the east.
- Thank you, owl! - said the bunny.
“Wow, wow,” answered the owl.
The bunny galloped east. The bunny galloped day and night and found himself in a young, bright forest, in which there were many sunny clearings. The bunny jumped around the meadows all day, played with butterflies and dragonflies, ran from flower to flower after angry, serious bumblebees until evening came.
The bunny got tired, climbed into the thick grass under a thin, young aspen tree, curled up and fell asleep. All night the Bunny dreamed of the old forest. The forest groaned from the bad weather, tilted under the pouring rain, bent under the biting lightning, branches creaked, leaves rustled, old bark crunched.
In the morning Bunny woke up and galloped back. The bunny galloped day and night and finally he found himself in his old forest again.
“Hello, forest,” said the bunny.
- Hello, bunny! - said the forest.
- Where have you been? - asked the forest.
“I was in a young forest in the east,” answered the bunny.
-Did you have a good time there? - asked the forest.
“Very good!” answered the bunny. - It’s a lot of fun there, there are a lot of bright, sunny meadows that are so good to jump on!
-Why did you come back then? - asked the forest.
The bunny thought, moved his fluffy ears and answered:
- Because it’s good in that forest without me...
And you feel bad without me!
2. Belarusian folk tale “Bunnies”
Two bunnies sat down in a small forest under a birch tree, bask in the warm sun and talk.
And it’s so good in the forest!.. The flies are buzzing, chasing each other, their wings are ringing as if they are laughing. And there the blackbird whistles, teasing the boy Pilipka:
- Pulip! Pulip!
And Pilipka walks along the heath with a basket, keeping an eye on the boletus mushrooms.
Even further away the cuckoo crows.
Well, it’s so light, warm and fun!
But the bunnies are not having fun, their conversation is not fun.
- Oh, what a bitter lot we have! - says one bunny. - Be afraid every day, tremble, every minute, listen if your enemy is walking close.
- And how many enemies we have! Who doesn't offend us, poor bunnies! People offend us, animals offend us; even birds of prey - kites, owls, eagle owls - even bother us bunnies.
- And how can we save ourselves from our evil enemies? Where to look for protection? There is only one hope for our legs: they will carry us away from trouble - our happiness, if they will not carry us away - our skin is gone!
And the bunnies cried bitterly. They cry and wipe away their tears with their paws.
- Well, how can we live in the world? - says the second bunny. “No one is afraid of us, no one at all!.. Should we go and throw ourselves into the water!”
The poor bunnies cried, got sad, and went into the lake to drown themselves out of grief.
We came to the lake, stopped, and said goodbye to each other. They approached the very shore to throw themselves into the water, and suddenly they saw a frog jumping onto a hummock. I saw bunnies and got scared.
“Hey,” says one bunny, “it turns out there are creatures in the world that are afraid of us too.” Apparently, it is even more difficult for them to live in the world.
The bunnies looked at each other and ran back into the forest.
3. Maria Skrebtsova and Alexandra Lopatina “The Tale of a Sunny Bunny”
The sun woke up in the morning, washed itself in the rain and looked at the city from above. Is everything okay there? Everything was fine in the city. Houses were standing, cars were driving, adults were hurrying about business, children were playing.
The sun looked at the forest. Everything was fine in the forest too. The trees grew, the birds sang songs, the animals ran through the forest.
The sun looked at the meadow and saw a mess. The little hares in the meadow were happily nibbling the grass, and one was sitting in the grass and crying.
- Why are you crying? - the sun asks the little bunny.
- I was born blind, my eyes are always closed and do not see the light. That’s why I’m very sad,” the bunny answers.
The sun caressed the sad little bunny with its rays and warmed him with its warmth. He calmed down and told the sun his story.
“One day I got to people. They lived in a big house and often said: “We need to turn on the light.” I asked my grandfather what light is. He gave me a cold long object and said it was a candle. There was a hot flame at the top of the candle, and I burned my paw.
Then I asked my dad what light is. He gave me a round hot object and said it was a lamp, but I only burned the nose.
I asked the boy what light is. He made a fire in the yard. The sticks and twigs became so hot that they burned my ears.
- Do you want me to turn you into a sunny bunny? - asked the sun.
“Of course I want to,” the bunny rejoiced.
The sun extended its beam to the little bunny, he jumped on it and became the light himself.
Since then, the sunbeam has helped everyone who needs light.
The boy cannot find a mushroom in the forest: it is dark under the bush, nothing is visible. A sunbeam will jump under a bush, and the mushroom will immediately be found.
The girl sleeps for a long time and never wakes up. They don't want to open their eyes. The sunbeam will warm the girl’s eyes, and they will immediately open.
We have chosen these three good fairy tales for you so that you will always have them at hand when you need them.
In addition to regular fairy tales, you can use musical lullabies at bedtime as an additional “sleep aid.” You can make them yourself. To do this, choose a calm musical background that will accompany your speech while you read the fairy tale. Instrumental music without words is best suited as such a background. To avoid making a mistake in choosing it, use the recommendations of the “Lullabies for the Whole Family” project.
Russian folk tales for young children

Russian folk tales for young children.
It is also important for children to use Russian folk tales when working with young children . Many generations have grown up reading Russian folk tales For reading in kindergarten and at home, works recommended by leading educational programs for preschool education in the Russian Federation are used. In my work in kindergarten, I use the “Reading Reader in Kindergarten and at Home”
, recommended for reading to children from 1-3 years old by the main educational program of preschool education
“From birth to school”
, edited by N. E. Veraksa, T. S. Komarova, M. A. Vasilyeva.
Russian folk tales for children 1-2 years old:
1. Kolobok (arranged by K. Ushinsky)
2. Chicken Ryaba (arranged by K. Ushinsky)
3. Turnip (arranged by K. Ushinsky)
"Turnip"
Traditional Russian folk tale "Turnip"
appeals to children of all generations.
This fairy tale is useful because it can, firstly, be used as a teaching guide: bright pictures will introduce the child to the images of domestic animals. Secondly, a fairy tale can serve as an excellent guide for dramatization.
Ryaba hen"
All little readers love the images of the chicken, grandfather and grandmother from this fairy tale The plot is simple and easy for kids to remember. However, many parents still cannot understand why the grandfather and grandmother cried when the egg broke.
"Kolobok"
The funny hero Kolobok, who ran away from his grandparents and fell into the clutches of a fox, will appeal to the kid. This story is good because it teaches a child to obey his elders and not talk to strangers. A fairy tale can be used for fairy tale therapy .
Teremok"
A favorite fairy tale with a well-known plot : the animals' housewarming party is overshadowed by the appearance of a new guest of immense size. This fairy tale perfectly develops imaginative thinking, because a child of 2-3 years old, as a rule, empathizes with the characters, while simultaneously drawing the plot of the fairy tale in his head .
"Zayushkina's hut"
All the children empathize with the unfortunate bunny, who, out of his gullibility, allowed the fox into his home, but she kicked him out. Children, analyzing this work, learn kindness. The staging of this work perfectly develops the creative abilities of children .
