1st quarter

September

1st–2nd week

. “Our feet are walking along the path.”

Walking on toes, on heels, on the outside of the foot, “snake”; running along a limited plane, “snake”, in a circle.

: stand on one leg and hold a braid of ropes on the other.

: on the bench “bearishly”.

: along a narrow path on two legs.

: climbing onto a bench and descending from it along an inclined board.

Jumping

: from circle to circle, “Cat and Mice.”

Games

: “Gifts”, “Divide the cake” (sitting, arrange the cubes beautifully, grabbing them with your feet).

October

1st–2nd week

. "Flexible sock"

Walking with a cross step, lunges, with arm movements in different directions, on the toes; running sideways, diagonally, counter-moving, “snake”.

Exercise therapy (on the bench and near the bench, foot massage)

Balance exercise

: maintaining balance on a balance beam.

Climbing

: walk and run across the bridge.

Jumping

: through braids on one leg.

A game

: “In their places.”

3–4 weeks

. "Ballerina".

Walking with a gymnastic, side step, normal, hands on the belt, hands behind the back, on the toes, slowly raise the hands up four steps and down four steps; running by jumping over a stick in alternating fast and slow.

Exercise therapy (at the gymnastics wall, sitting on a bench)

“Ballerina dancing” (any dance movements).

Balance exercises

: “Rope dance”, walking straight, sideways.

Climbing

: on a log on all fours.

Jumping

: through the rope from the right and left on two legs.

: “Return to your place” (turns with side steps).

November

1st–2nd week

. "Following the Footsteps."

Walking through braids, “snake”, on massaging mats, on wooden blocks, on a corrugated rug; running alternated with walking.

Exercise therapy

Walking along a path following foot prints, changing step distances, on a rope, on a ribbed board.

Balance exercise

: walking on a bench with a limited surface with a squat in the middle.

Climbing

: on all fours on a bench with a bag on your back.

Jumping

: “Who will jump further?”

A game

: “Traps” with ribbons.

3–4 weeks

. "Monkeys"

Walking over sticks, back forward, “like a monkey,” on the outside of the foot; running “like a monkey”, with jumping up to an object, gallop.

: boom walking.

Climbing

: on an elevated surface on a flat surface, standing straight, on all fours, supported by palms and feet.

: “Who will jump higher” (over objects of different heights with a push of two legs from a place).

December

Walking with turns in place, with a roll, on toes, on heels, climbing into a hoop with your face, sideways, in a half-squat; running with jumps, galloping, jumping over objects, at speed.

: along the wall bars, moving to other spans diagonally.

: from a running start over the bar.

Walking on a rope, on toes, hands touching the rope (the rope is pulled up), with wide steps, lunges; running in all directions, reaching for an object, with acceleration, diagonally.

Exercise therapy (with jump rope)

Balance exercise

: walk along the bench, climb through the hoop in the middle.

Climbing

: on a rope (grasp training).

Jumping

: “The Fisherman and the Fishes”, “Days of the Week”, through a large jump rope, “The clock struck exactly...”.

A game

: “Nimble monkeys” (collecting sticks).

January

1st–2nd week

. "Winter-winter fun."

Imitation of the walking of a skier, skater, “from hill to hill”; running with a high hip lift, sweeping the shin back, “from hill to hill.”

Exercise therapy (with “snowballs” - medicine balls)

: throw and catch the ball in pairs while standing on a bench.

Climbing

: on a tightrope.

Jumping

: through the “slide” (gymnastic mat and boom).

Walking with a medicine ball in your hands, on your toes (ball up), on your heels (ball in front), on the outside of your feet (ball in front of your chest), in your knees and feet; running between balls and stopping at a signal.

: stand on a medicine ball, step over balls placed on benches.

Climbing

: on all fours, pushing the ball with your head.

Jumping

: "Penguins."

: “The Little Humpbacked Horse” relay race.

February

1st–2nd week

. “Cheerful tourists”, psycho-gymnastics “Tourists”.

Walking with stepping over gymnastic sticks lying on a bench, on a ribbed board placed on the floor; running in the opposite direction, with a change of direction, “Snail”.

Exercise therapy (with a gymnastic stick)

Balance exercise

: walking on limited support with clapping under the knees.

Climbing

: along an inclined staircase with a jump.

Jumping

: “Get the cone” (in height from the place).

Games

: “Anthill”, “Flowers and the Gardener” (a variation of the game “Breaking Chains”).

3–4 weeks

. "Strongmen and acrobats."

Walking in pairs along a narrow path, “snake”, in a counter-movement: running over obstacles, galloping sideways.

Exercise therapy (in pairs)

Balance exercises

: from a sitting position “Turkish”, hands behind your head, stand up without using your hands; walking up an inclined staircase.

Climbing

: on a gymnastic bench on your back, pulling yourself up with your arms and pushing off with your legs.

Jumping

: “Rocket” (from a squat) on one leg between objects.

Games

: “Pull in a circle”, “Cockfight” (in pairs).

III quarter

March

1st–2nd week

. “Mom’s Helpers”, psycho-gymnastics “Water the Flowers”.

Walking from bump to bump, on a corrugated mat, along tracks and along a rope, on the outside of the foot, with a high knee lift; running, stopping at a signal, with the shin whipping backwards, at speed, in a circle.

Exercise therapy (“Knitting with our feet”)

Foot massage, balls and rings game, “Young Artists” (toe painting).

Balance exercise

: carry the ball on a tennis racket around the pins.

Climbing

: along the gymnastic wall to the rattle, descent along another flight.

Jumping

: jumping off a bench (height 30 cm).

3–4 weeks

Walking on toes like an ostrich, stopping on one leg, in a half squat; running by jumping, in different directions, with wide strides, changing the leader.

Walking on toes, on heels, on the outside of the foot, with a gymnastic step, on a rope, in a circle and in two circles; running in a circle, changing direction at a signal, with small and wide steps, raising your knees high.

“Swallow”, “Ballerina”, roll onto your back and lift without using your hands, “Berezka”, forward somersault.

: hold an inflatable ball on your head.
