Preliminary work: conversation about the signs of winter; viewing winter landscapes, pictures of animals and birds; guessing riddles, reading poems, stories and fairy tales on a winter theme; making bird feeders. Preparation for the lesson: sheets of white cardboard with printed bird patterns, glue, cereals (millet, rice, buckwheat), brushes, napkins.
